La Jolla California Beach Long Exposures...
«

Hey gang,
Just got back from a business trip to San Diego. Even with my Canon 30D shutter broke (would only take one shot before having to turn off and remove battery), I managed to get these shots:
Captured with a Canon 30D,
Canon EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 IS USM
, and a Cokin P-Wide filter holder and Hitec .6 and .9 (2 and 3 stop) Soft ND-Grad.
#1 17mm, 3 sec, f/14, ISO 100
#2 17mm, 4 sec, f/14, ISO 100
Thanks for looking!

Excellent images, Roy. The long exposures really add to the feel of the image. Too bad about the 30D, but now you have a good excuse to go get a 7D or 5D MKII (if the family CFO approves).

I just noticed that you posted these photos in the previous thread -- your memory is about as good as mine!
