I haven't quite gotten back into my macro zen with my 5DMK2...honestly I feel the 30D and 100 macro was a better setup.  Anyway, the 5DMK2 is still keeping me occupied, mainly playing around with video.

All these were captured with the 5DMK2, Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 Macro USM and this DIY Ring Flash.  Mostly ISO 160, 1/125, f/8

Looks like you have a good handle on the lens camera combo.  The second images is killer.

Man, I missd these too!!  That ringlight sho do make some purty pics, Roy.  I need to get back over to Zilker before the blooming season is totally gone.
