This katydid (I think I got the ID correct) was eating my flowers - we worked out a deal of greens for photos All C&C is welcomed and appreciated. The image EXIF data should be embedded.

Wow, that's about the brightest chartreuse (sp?) green in a photo that I've ever seen. John, I like when you back off the shutter a bit to get a little BG exposure
so #3 is my favorite here.

All three had some level of flash used. The third image has the sun shinning on my fence about 4 feet away from the katydid giving me the nice background. the Other two images I was shooting into the shadows.
The bug was a very brilliant green - I am surprised that this is not a survival problem for the critter (kind of wish that there were a few more predators around for these guys - they can much through a flower bed pretty quickly)
