Raising Black Swallowtails

Long story short, we are raising Black Swallowtails:
Time-Lapse Video of two Black Swallowtails Pupating
#1 Pre-Pupation Stage ISO 200, f/11, 1/4sec
#2 Early-Pupation Stage ISO 50, f/10, 1/4sec, two strobes/reflector, 13 frame focus stack using Zerene Stacker

Thanks John! Really my first round of time-lapse but I took two pieces of advice...well maybe 3: 1. Never use AWB as it will shift and cause flickr, so I used sun WB and then tweaked in the LR3. 2. Drag your shutter to get smoother transitions between frames (I used 1/4sec roughly). 3. I use a de-flickr filter in Virtualdub and it does help smooth out the final cut.
