Went down to Mercer Gardens this morning and ran into a friend right off the bat.  We shot for a while and visited for a while. :smile:

#1 Cucumber beetle trying to hide from me, in spite of being cold

#2 Honeybee that overnighted in place on a cosmos bloom

#3 Solitary bee barely hanging on another cosmos bloom

#4 My friend, Therese, spotted this bumblebee and was kind enough to give me first shots, since I was shooting with flash :grin:  Think I like her rendition better
