I would have preferred Canon to stay with the metal body - I wonder how robust the aluminum and polycarbonate resin will be long term.  The articulated screen is a neat feature, but I think it will be one of the things that are easily broken.  Looks Canon they upgraded the focusing system, but they did not do much in the way of noise.  And when will camera manufacturers get the viewfinder to be 100% of the frame?
 
Overall, the 60D looks like a good camera, but not one that makes me want to go upgrade.
