Think these are a little better but you be the judge.  Tried a master's advice and went with a 4 second exposure at f11 and f16.  LED illumination. Focused at 4:30 on the droplet.

I like these better, Kenny - your new technique has produced some cool looking images.  The colors are very vivid.

Very good Kenny.  I like the CD colors of the first image and the reflected (or refracted) colors/patterns in the water drops in the second image.  I am almost out of grapefruit, I may have try my had at this.
