Oy, we had a huge shipping snafu. Labels came out duplicated, our shipping staff was confused, and a chunk of these Panasonic 12MP Digital Cameras went out incorrectly and we're not sure when we're going to be able get them back. Right now, we're working with Panasonic to get a model in that we expect to be either of equal or greater value and we're counting on having more specific information to email out to you early next week.
So, we've messed up in two ways here- shipping will likely be delayed and we pretty much misplaced the specific digital camera you were looking forward to getting. If you're not willing to wait on us to get the new camera info in and out to you, please feel free to respond back to this email with CANCEL 33763818 in the subject and we'll get that done ASAP. Otherwise, we'll be in touch when the vendor updates us on what they're able to ship us.
We apologize for any inconvenience because of this issue, please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

Then 4 days later:
Dear motleypixel,
We're following up with you on last week's email for the Panasonic 12MP Digital Camera you ordered fairly recently. In the last email, we stated that we were working with Panasonic to see if we would be able to get anything equal/greater to the camera you purchased from us. Panasonic was willing to help, but unfortunately, the model we sold is no longer being produced and they did not have anything near it to offer us as a replacement.
Because we were not able to work anything out, we do not have a camera to send you. We have cancelled and refunded your order in full (which you should see in your account soon if not already) and because of the extreme inconvenience we have issued your account the coupon code LOSTCAMERA for $15 off your next purchase on any of our sites.
We understand this situation is very upsetting and it's something we've not had to deal with before. Please feel free to respond to this email with any further questions or concerns and we'll be happy to help you in any way possible.
