LCD back-light leakage issues causing issues in low light Live View shootin.
Oh boy, not good for night time-lapse photography. This situation is often shot with LCD preview on (Live Mode: Stills Only) with histogram info displayed...I think we might see a lot of re-furb 5DMK3's offered here soon:

It is going to be interesting to see what the root cause of the issue is, and what Canon does about it. This may push the 5D M3s (or whatever letter is selected) to hit the market.
