Hi, I've done a search and took me to this page.
I had already seen these triggers and the
cactus version 4.

In your review you use a trippod to hold
the receiver, but since this receiver has not
the shoe mount ¿how do you put in an low cost
umbrella flash mount? I mean something like this :
http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/298709-REG/Impact_3117_Umbrella_Bracket.html

I asked directly to the manufacturer and its ebay show, and got this:

Hi friend,

Thanks very much for your letter.

I have the Flash shoe umbrella Holder Swivel light Stand, here is the link:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=150326823085&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT

but it can't be compatible with CTR-301, because the bottom of receiver with CTR-301 is flat,
but you can mount the CTR-301 into the tripod, please kindly note.

Wish you a good day.

Best regards,

This is easy, I use the same umbrella swivel mount. All you have to do remove the silver hot-shoe mount (un-screw it) and then you screw the rcvr into the brass 1/4" male threaded post.

Understand?

Maybe I'll post a pic later.

Ok,  I understand.

I've found these chinese brackets  that seem to
be the right ones for the CT-301 from ebay's StudioPlus USA:

Yes those will work too...if you don't mind, please give us your thoughts on those swivels when you get them in...overall quality etc.

Thanks,

Ok, I'll continue searching becaus I'd like to have them
including the umbrella and even the light stand.

I've seen some interesting kits here:
http://www.mpex.com/page.htm?PG=STROBIST1XKITS,
but shipping cost would be very expensive to me  Cry.

Once I have all the stuff I'll let you know.   Smiley

Has anybody tested the P version of these trigger?

I've read they have a PC port or a jack port.

Hi gang,
For those wanting an updated overview of all the currently popular flash trigger options, here is a YouTube video that runs through the major contenders as of 2010.
Wireless Flash Triggers Compared

Hope you find it helpful.
