Dear Mr. Roy,

my name is Riccardo Pini im from Italy, astronomer turned to become a photographer. I'd like to show You some shots for know what You think about them and, possibly, if You consider them valid to see them posted on Your website. They've been taken with Sigma 24-70 EX DG and Sony Alpha350 and Alpha700.

Pics are approx 700x1000 pixels, exif infos are present in the photo details.

Riccardo,

Thanks for posting...these look very nice and I would like to add them to photo review stream for this lens.

Can you give me some thoughts about the lens (pros/cons)?  Also, do you have any websites (flickr etc.) that you would like listed in the review?

Dear Roy,

thanks. This first of all  Cheesy . I dont have any websites sorry.

About the lens: very comfortable as all-around lens to bring with you only one glass. On the Sony Alpha system becomes 34-105 mm, 35mm equivalent, so moderately wide to medium tele. It's very sharp in all the main apertures. I like the built quality, accurate but sturdy, the mechanics is very precise both for focusing and zooming. Large first lens aperture for a good light reception.

I have a question, the dimension of the pics i posted here are they ok or shall i modify them to any other more suitable for the website engine to be visualized?

Ric,

Higher resolution photos will work better.  If you can, then attach higher resolution versions as long as they are less than 1.5MB.
