from an afternoon trip to the gardens.  The season here is, slowly but surely, winding down. :cry:

#1 Bashful shield bug

#2 Paper wasp gathering nest-building material

#3 Unknow moth larva chowing down on lilypad leaves

Nice set Kenny...we still have a solid 5 weeks or a bit more to go.  Right now the milk weed and the Japanese Aralia plants are blooming and there are always some nice flying insects on them.  I'll be going to Zilker for these and the butterflies during the next 4 weeks.
