I'm not in near the shape I was when I was 15/16/17 years old.  At about 30lbs heavier I would need to start getting into better shape.  I still hop on a skateboard from time-to-time...like riding a bike, you just don't forget how to do it.  The guy riding this was at least my age, maybe a little older...about my build ~ 220lbs...decent size guy...he was doing about 10-15mph just carving slowly back and forth right down the middle of the road...looked like fun.
