SEEKING SITE UPGRADE HELP!

Hello everyone,

Let me cut to the chase.  I want to transfer to another forum engine, one that is more main-stream such as vBulletin etc. but I first need to recommendations and consulting.  I don't mind spending some consulting costs and even for a vBulletin license.  I'm just not happy with the direction of SMF with the 2.X version and its associated plugins.

I'm open to explore some opensource php based options too, but I don't want to travel the same road that I have with SMF.
